Defense Minister Naftali Bennett addressed at the Jerusalem Conference the rocket fire at southern communities and IDF attacks in Gaza and Syria.
“Behind the security curtain, the prime minister and I have good work together, and together with our excellent chief of staff, we are preparing something for a fundamental change in the situation. I understand the difficulty of the southern residents, I live there on a weekly level. Last week I slept there overnight in residents’ homes because I understand the difficulty, they deserve peace and security, ” Bennett said.
“Over the past day they hit us at the fence and we didn’t settle for [simply] hitting back. Over the past day we eliminated at least six terrorists in Gaza and Syria, ” he said.
