I received several questions and comments from the post I wrote yesterday, about the pre-trib Rapture of the Body of Christ, so I have asked the Lord to help me answer in such a way that those with questions will see the Truth.
First off, for those who wonder why I usually capitalize Truth, or Life. It’s because, right after He told us, in John 14 that He was coming to take us Home, He said…
I Am the Way…
I Am the Truth…
I Am the Life…
No man comes to the Father but by Me.
Therefore, when I write a post, my constant prayer is to show the reader the Truth…to show them Jesus…the One who is our Life…the great I Am…the Word of God.
I hear, or read is more like it, constantly that it makes no difference if we believe in a pre, mid, or post- trib Rapture, because it’s not a salvation question.
For some reason, that statement always gets under my skin. I think it is a cop-out statement. Kind of like those who say they are “pan-trib”, because it will all pan out in the end.
To me those statements are basically saying, “It doesn’t really matter what the Word says, I’m going to wait and see how it plays out before I believe.” It’s kinda the “doubting Thomas” of prophecy (I KNOW that didn’t come from me, Lord! You have such a sense of humor! 😁 )
What did Jesus say to Thomas?
John 20: 29. Jesus said unto him, Thomas, because you have seen Me, you have believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed.
Where’s the faith in the Word, if you say let me see how it plays out, and then I will believe? It’s true that, even those of you who haven’t settled on a firm belief in the pre-trib Rapture, are still going to be Raptured; however, you will miss out on the special crown that is laid up for those of us who long for His appearing.
The more I think about Revelation 3:11, the more I think that those who have allowed themselves to be moved away from their once held belief in a pre-trib Rapture, have allowed man to take their crown. How sad.
For those of you who are confusing the tribulations, that we ALL face in life, with the 7 year Tribulation…
Matthew 24: 21. For THEN shall be GREAT TRIBULATION, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.
Every person, since the fall of Adam and Eve, have faced tribulations, and the storms, or trials of life, but the Day of the Lord, or Daniel’s 70th Week, is a SPECIFIC time the Lord has chosen, in the near future, to pour out His Wrath on the whole world, and to finish the final week (7 years) of the 70 weeks (490 years) that were appointed for the Jewish people.
The Church wasn’t there during the 69 weeks, or 483 years that ended when the Messiah was cut off (the Church didn’t come into existence until 50 days after Jesus rose from the grave), and the Church (which is the Age of Grace, the Bride of Christ, and NOT appointed to His Wrath) will be removed BEFORE Daniel’s 70th Week can begin.
The more we rightly divide the Word, or know the Word of God, the more we know Jesus, because He is the Word; therefore, it does matter what we believe… whether it’s a salvation question or not, because Jesus is our LIFE, and what He says matters. Amen.

Your questions and comments cause me to search the scriptures, and thus I’m drawn even closer to our precious Lord, and Savior. Amen!
Even so, come quickly Lord Jesus! This coronavirus storm that the whole world is going through right now, is just a foreshadow of what’s coming on the world when the Restrainer is removed. I know, as painful as it is, it can’t be compared to the Tribulation that’s coming, so I know You have an Eternal purpose behind what You are allowing Your Body to go through… maybe the fullness of Your Body to come in? Have Your perfect will be done. Amen.
