Defense Minister Benny Gantz released a statement late Thursday night saying that “the defense establishment continues its readiness to protect Israeli citizens.
“The reality on the ground will determine the continuation of the operation,” Gantz added.
He concluded by requesting that Israeli citizens follow the life-saving protocols of the Home Front Command.
