Defense Minister Benny Gantz, visiting officers in the south for a situational assessment along with IDF chief Aviv Kohavi, says that Hamas has “been bankrupted of its assets, and its subterranean battle doctrine has toppled into the bowels of the earth.”
Aside from the chest-thumping, Gantz tells officers that they should remain alert, with fighting expected to continue, according to a statement from his office.
