“In light of the report’s findings, Joe Biden told ABC that Putin will ‘pay a price’ for Russian interference in the election. Biden described Putin as a leader with no soul, and when asked if he thought Putin was a killer, he replied, ‘I do.'”
“The direct attack on Putin led to a swift response: recalling the ambassador for consultations, and Russian officials saying it was an ‘unprecedented insult.’ US sanctions are expected in response to Navalny’s poisoning, the intelligence report, and cyberattack in 2020.”
