BEIRUT, LEBANON (9:10 P.M.) – The commander of the naval force of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard revealed the measures that his country will follow if its enemies enter the Strait of Hormuz, referring to the foreign forces trying to destabilize security in the region and the reason for the naval mobilization in the Persian Gulf.
The commander of the naval force of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, Admiral Reza Tangsiri, said that the Persian Gulf “enjoys complete security, and if there is a force that wants to destabilize it, then it is the foreign forces coming from far away.”
In comments made by Tangsiri to an Iranian television channel, reported by Fars News, he revealed the measures that would take place if the enemy forces entered the Strait of Hormuz.
Tangsiri said, “When the enemy enters through the Strait of Hormuz, we monitor it and implement the law of domain control, and it will not enter our waters and our intelligence monitors it until it leaves.”
In his statements, Tangsiri considered that whenever his country carries out maneuvers, “our enemy sees our missile and naval capabilities, which constitutes a deterrent factor for him.”
He stated that the response to the enemy does not have to be solely political, but through “line-up” in front of then, and that if “we line up in front of the enemy and bring capabilities greater than him to the arena, this will lead to his retreat.”
The commander of the naval force indicated that the maneuvers and preparations carried out by his country are effective, indicating that they are the ones that kept “the specter of war from the country.”

Tangsiri said that the Americans had failed in the “strategy of destabilizing security” in the Gulf region, stressing the need for them to leave the region and that “there is no way for them to do otherwise.”
On the possibility of a military confrontation between his country and America, the Iranian leader said: “We consider the war against the Americans as an asymmetric war, and for this reason, we have formed a naval mobilization.”
The commander of the naval force added that his country had organized “538 groups of marine mobilization, so that 40 boats form one group and 10 boats form one marine group.”
