Jesus said, “I am the Vine and you are the branches

John 15:5 (KJV)
5 I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.

Jesus said, “I am the Vine and you are the branches…..without Me you can do nothing.” If we abide in the Vine by faith, then His life becomes OUR life — and all the fruit that is produced is a manifestation of HIM; of HIS life in us. A branch cannot bear fruit of itself. It has no life in itself. Neither does the Vine act upon the branch to make fruit, or hang fruit on the branch. Fruit is the result of the life of the Vine — as branches abide in the life of the Vine fruit happens. Those who manifest Christ the most are the least aware of it, because they are aware of HIM, rather than continually pre-occupied with themselves. This is utterly contrary to human thinking and most religious thinking
