Stating that he hopes to return with “good news,” Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu arrived in Uganda on Monday for a one-day visit, his fifth to Africa in recent years. “These are important ties politically, economically and in terms of security,” he said on arrival, ahead of his meetings with a number of East African leaders.
