Any deal negotiation must lead to a ceasefire and a complete IDF withdrawal from the Gaza strip, said Ismael Haniyeh on Friday, according to Israeli media sources.
According to reports, the Hamas leader said this during a phone call with Islamic Jihad leader Ziad Nakhala.
