Letter uncovered on blast scene reportedly mentions ‘martyrs’ Soleimani and Fakhirzadeh

A hitherto unknown terrorist group called Jaish ul Hind — the Army of India — claimed responsibility for Friday’s bomb attack on the Israeli embassy in New Delhi, Indian media reported on Saturday.

A purported message from the group sent in a Telegram chat is making circles on social media.

In the presumed message, the group is boasting that its soldiers have managed to get into a high-security area to set up an IED attack.

The message also vows that the attack is just the first one among many that are set to target the major Indian cities and make India pay for “atrocities” committed by the Indian state.

In the meantime, CCTV footage obtained by the Indian authorities reportedly captured two suspects arriving on the scene in a taxi before the blast.

The investigators contacted the cab driver and are now working to sketch out the suspects.

According to media reports, the investigators also uncovered a letter on the scene of Friday’s blast, which resulted in no casualties, but left several cars damaged.

The letter reportedly warns the attack is just a “trailer” for what is to come and mentions two Iranian “martyrs” — the late Quds force leader Gen. Qasem Soleimani and nuclear program architect Mohsen Fakhirzadeh.
