The Palestinian Health Ministry said Friday afternoon that a man was killed in clashes with the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) during a demonstration in the town of Beit Dajan near Nablus in the West Bank.
The Palestinian, 45, was rushed to a nearby hospital in severe condition after being hot in the head, Palestinian Ma’an news agency reported.
The man, named Atef Youssef Hanaysh in the report, attended a weekly rally against Jewish settlements in the area and alleged confiscation of lands by the Jewish state.
