The first stage of the implementation of the agreement reached between Israel and Hamas after the latest ceasefire will begin on Monday, according to a report in the London-based Asharq al-Awsat newspaper Sunday.
This includes the transfer of Qatari funds to the Strip, as well as lifting of some restrictions on imports entering Gaza and the expansion of the fishing zone, in exchange for a cessation of all border violence.
