In this video Dr Woodhead discusses the Lord Jesus taking the earth back. And He cried with a loud voice, as [when] a lion roareth: and when He had cried, seven thunders uttered their voices. The Lord’s loud voice is similar to the roar of a lion. He is after all the Lion of the Tribe of Judah. (Gen 49:9) Scripture tells us of the Lord roaring out of Zion shaking the heavens and the earth (Joel 3:16) and the King is having a time of wrath roaring like a lion.(Proverbs 19:12; Hos 10:11; Amos 3:8) Seven thunders noise with understandable voices. This is the voice of God speaking as thunder just as He did so the people would know who Jesus was. (John 12:28-19) Revelation 10:4 And when the seven thunders had uttered their voices, I was about to write: and I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Seal up those things which the seven thunders uttered, and write them not. John as he starts to write receives a command from heaven not to write and to seal up or hide the voices of thunder he heard. This is the only sealed message of this book. All else is opened to us. (Dan 12:9; Rev 22:10) Psalm 29 describes the Lord’s voice as thundering. The world must wait to find out the specific message that God is speaking to John. Much speculation has been offered but there is no serious revelation achieved by any of the speculators. This one verse makes the case for the incompleteness of our canon until God reveals this undisclosed message.
