The rocket alarms in Ashkelon and Gaza-adjacent communities sound while Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is in the area for a campaign event ahead of the Likud primary vote tomorrow.
Hebrew-language media says several Iron Dome missiles were launched, although it isn’t yet clear whether there were actual rockets fired from Gaza.
