Russia commits massacre of South Idlib

A number of civilians were killed and others were wounded as Russian warplanes targeted the town of “Kafranbel” south of Idlib province with rockets.

“The Russian warplanes launched air strikes Sunday evening on the city of “Kafranbel” in the southern countryside of Idlib; resulting in the deaths of 5 civilians and injuring more than 10 others,” Syria Call correspondent reported.

The correspondent confirmed that the aircraft caused the destruction of 7 homes, in addition the hospital, “Maryam” in “Kafranbel” has been out of service completely after the rocket attack, pointing out that there are a number of civilians still under the rubble.

Russia claimed today that it had stopped firing in northern Syria; however, its fighter jets and associated militias still target cities and towns in suburbs of both Idlib and Hama, leaving civilian casualties and injuries.
