The ship reportedly struck in an attack in the Indian Ocean is owned by Israeli shipping tycoon Eyal Ofer, according to Channel 12 news.
The network identifies the ship as the Tyndall, a Liberian-flagged cargo ship.
The report also says that the ship’s crew is not Israeli and there does not appear to be any injuries or significant damage to the vessel.
