Clearly, Iran is not giving any credence to the shots fired across its bow with last week’s “apocalyptic” dust storm in the city where it mines uranium and the 5.5 earthquake that threatened its only nuclear energy site.
The Islamic Republic’s rhetoric for war is back with a fury.
Give a careful read to this report of what General Salami of Iran’s IRGC said yesterday. Speaking to Israel, he said…
“We know you well, you are too vulnerable, you have no depth and no backyard, you are the size of our Beit-ul-Moqaddas operations (during the 1980-88 Iran-Iraq war), any point in the land under your occupation is a cross point of fire from North and from West, and this is a new phenomenon. You have no way out to escape and you are living in dragon mouth,” General Salami said, addressing the Zionists. (Source: Iran media outlet, Fahrs News)
The English here, translated from Persian, is a bit awkward. But note:
1. He mocks Israel’s small size. You are so small, your entire country fits inside our crosshairs, is his meaning.
2. “You are living in a dragon’s mouth,” he tells Israel. This is an inadvertent but critically important self revelation.
Iran is saying it is the dragon.
And, in fact, it is.
Its animating spirit is none other than the Dragon himself, the Great Imposter once known as Lucifer, today as Allah.
The God of the Bible calls him Satan.
One “shortcut” for testing the spirits—Christ at the Checkpoint, for example—is its posture vis-a-vis Iran.
Cutting through all of CatC’s theological rhetoric is the fact that it sides with Iran.
This is nothing less, nothing other, than siding with Satan.
Watchmen need to know. Believers desperately need to discern.
