Khalid Bin Ali al-Humaidan, Director of General Intelligence of Saudi Arabia, visited Ramallah and Jerusalem on Tuesday and Wednesday, 21-22 February. No Palestinian or Israeli official confirmed that such a visit had taken place.
Last week, it was learned that Iranian engineers are working 24 hours a day on a project called “Riyad First”, which aims to add an additional 100 km to the intermediate range of its Scuds-C surface missiles (600 Kms) and Scuds-D (700 kms), allowing them to reach the capital of Saudi Arabia and explode in the center of Ryiad . The project, which is progressing from the base of Al Ghadi to Big Ganesh, 48km west of Tehran, was ordered by the Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and President Hassan Rouhani.
This plan was read in the veiled threats of the CGRI Air Force Commander, Amir Ali Hajizadeh, on Saturday, February 11, at the launch of the Iranian maneuvers: “If the enemy makes a mistake, our whirring missiles will fall on him” , He had uttered.
General Hajizadeh, who is in charge of the missile testing site, has ordered the cessation of all other work, in order to concentrate on the development of the project “Riyad d’Abord”
On 4 February, Yemeni-backed Houtis rebels, fired by Iran, fired a missile, which they claimed was a self-made Borkan missile with a range of 800 km over Saudi Arabia. He hit the military camp of al-Mazahimiyah, west of Riyadh.
According to our military sources, the Houtis do not possess a missile of such scope. Their attack was in fact, the first test of this Iranian Scud to the extended range, as a dress rehearsal for the real strike.
If this visit of the Saudi master spy is confirmed, he must have come to conduct several missions at once. In Ramallah, he may have warned the Palestinians not to go further in their approach to closer to Tehran and to strengthen direct relations. A first meeting of the Iranian and Palestinian delegations has already taken place in Brussels.
In Jerusalem, Al-Huymaidan had to explore security issues related to the US-Israeli-Arab Conference, proposed by President Donald Trump and Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu, when they met in Washington on 15 February.
Sources from Debkafile point out that the Saudi Master Spy is a professional soldier and the first commoner to hold the post of Director of Saudi General Intelligence. Among his predecessors are high-ranking princes such as Bandar Bin Sultan, Turki Bin Faisal and Muqrin Bin Abdul Aziz.
