The hearing of the answer to the indictment in the “Thousands” cases is expected to take place this morning in the Jerusalem District Court.
In the first part of the hearing, the defendants in the three cases – Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, owners of Walla and Bezeq Shaul and Iris Elovich, and Yedioth Ahronoth publisher Noni Mozes – will appear and answer orally that they deny the indictment. After that, a discussion on several requests submitted by the PM will take place, including requests to delete sections of the indictment on the grounds that Netanyahu was not questioned about them.
