United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon, who is approaching the end of his term, discussed the Middle East in his last briefing in the Security Council. He admitted that the UN has been biased against Israel.

“The Secretary-General admitted the clear truth,” Israel’s representative to the UN Danny Danon stated. “The UN’s hypocrisy towards Israel has broken records over the past decade. During this time the UN passed 223 resolutions condemning Israel with only 8 resolutions condemning the Syrian regime as it massacred its citizens over the past six years. This is absurd.”

Danon added that he hopes that the new Secretary-General will bring with them a new era between the UN and Israel.

As reported earlier by JOL, Ki-moon attacked the Regulation Law and warned Israel not to promote the law.
