39 Feast of Tabernacles & Egypt
In message 39 of the book of Zechariah we see the results of Egypt mistreating Israel for many years. 38 The Feast of Tabernacles
In message 38 of the book of Zechariah we see that the Gentile nations along with the Jews will be coming up to Jerusalem to keep the Feast of Tabernacles (aka Booths). The ancient Israelites were required to appear before the Lord three times in the year (Exodus 23:17; Deuteronomy 16:16)—at the festivals of the Passover, Pentecost, and Tabernacles. But the Gentiles are here required to present themselves only once. This will be to pay an annual homage to the King of the earth. For the ancient Jews this festival commemorated the ingathering of the harvest but also Divine protection and therefore it is a fitting symbol of their entrance into the Millennial Kingdom.
