In this segment of the series “As in The Days of Noah Were” Dr Woodhead discusses two aspects of culture before Divine Judgment. 1) An Inordinate Desire for Pleasure and 2) No thoughts for God In word or deed. Both of which were occurring prior to the Flood and before every world empire collapsed. In this video Dr Woodhead discusses events before major God induced world catastrophes. One is Gross Materialism and the other is uniformitarianism. Materialism is properly defined as only seeing the material and not the spiritual. Uniformitarianism describes a belief that the way things are now is how they have always been.
